Shipping Policy
Netherlands & EU
Orders are processed at our Meernhof 31 location within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2-3 business days via PostNL or DHL.
Shipping Rates
Standard NL shipping is €4.95. We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders over €75.00.
Returns & Refunds
14-Day Reflection Period
In accordance with EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in "as-new" condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality control and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened paint tubes or pigments.
- Brushes that have been dipped in water, oil, or solvent.
- Custom-cut canvases or paper.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at sales@anfservices.store with your order number.
2. Once approved, ship the items back to our Amsterdam studio.
3. After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong art supplies, please contact us immediately at +31 6 87645401. We will replace the items at no extra cost to you.
