1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at anfservices.store and purchasing from ANF Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in the Netherlands.

2. Products & Pricing
- Accuracy: We strive to display the colors of our pigments and art supplies as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- Pricing: All prices are in Euro (€) and include Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
- Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped. We accept secure payments through our verified payment partners, including iDEAL and credit cards.
By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that method and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship locally from Amsterdam. While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, ANF Services is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Limitation of Liability
ANF Services provides tools and supplies for artistic use. We are not liable for any misuse of products (e.g., ingestion of pigments or improper use of solvents). Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam.
