Under Dutch law (**Wettelijke Garantie**), every product you purchase from ANF Services is entitled to a guarantee that it is fit for its intended purpose. If a product is defective or does not perform as described, we are here to make it right.
Beyond the legal minimum, we hand-inspect all artisan tools—from our wooden brushes to our heavy-duty canvases—to ensure they meet the standards of professional Amsterdam studios.

Artisan Tools & Hardware
Includes brushes, palette knives, easels, and storage.
- • 1-Year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- • Coverage for ferrule detachment or structural wooden failure.
Consumables
Includes paints, pigments, solvents, and paper.
- • Guaranteed fresh and within shelf-life upon delivery.
- • Protection against dried-out tubes or damaged packaging on arrival.
Exclusions
Artistic tools require care. This warranty does not cover issues arising from:
- ✕ Improper cleaning (e.g., paint dried in bristles)
- ✕ Normal wear and tear from daily studio use
- ✕ Accidental damage or improper storage
- ✕ Modification of tools
How to File a Claim
If you believe your product has a defect, email sales@anfservices.store with photos of the issue and your order number. Our team in Amsterdam will review your case within 48 hours.
